How is 40 Plus Personal Training Private Bootcamp different than your average bootcamp?
First of all, it’s private, and designed for 1 or 2 people, not as many people as I can fit in the room
Second, It’s designed specifically for older adults and seniors, not for 20 year olds. Meaning, it is still built to be high intensity, but it’s built for your level of intensity, plus all the exercises are carefully chosen to be safe and joint friendly.
What kind of equipment is used in the bootcamp?
Currently we are using medicine balls, battle ropes, inertia wave, Stroops Son of The Beast, TRX Suspension Trainers, body weight, benches, agility ladders, Blaze Pods, Terra-Glides, fan bikes, spin bikes, heavy bags and baseball bats. Things are also always changing and expanding 😁
Is every bootcamp the same?
No, I do my best to make sure you never repeat the same workout in any given month. Variety is an amazing thing!

When is the bootcamp for older adults?
Because it’s a private bootcamp, you just need to schedule a time that you would like!
How often can I do the bootcamp for older adults?
Bootcamp is available 1 or 2 Days a week. Personal Training is also available 2 days a week. So you could come in 1, 2, 3, or 4 days a week, depending on what you would like to do.

Do I have to do Personal Training too, or can I just do the bootcamp?
I would highly encourage you to do both, but you can do just the bootcamp, if you would like.
What if I want to add personal training later?
You can add personal training whenever you’re ready.
How much does it cost?
The price all depends on what you choose to do. But the basic break down looks like:
- Bootcamp 1 Day a week $100/month
- Bootcamp 2 Days a week $200/month
- Personal Training 2 Days a week $300/month
- Coaching 2 Days a week $200/month
- Coaching and Bootcamp 4 total days a week $300/month
Are there contracts?
No contracts, you are purchasing a specific amount of sessions, that are intended to be used in a month, but I understand life happens.
