IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME DOING 40+ HiiT CONDITIONING PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WATCH THIS VIDEO.

- 7 exercises
- 15-30 seconds of work
- 30-45 seconds of rest
- Rest until the clock hits ZEROS
- Repeat the 7 exercises as many times as you want (up to 5 times)
- Take extra rest or skip an exercise if needed.
- At the end of your 7 exercises rest for 2-3 minutes, before beginning the next round.
- Have Fun! Enjoy! Good job!
