40+ HiiT Conditioning FULL VIDEO
40+ HIIT Conditioning Full Routine
  • 7 exercises
  • 15-30 seconds of work
  • 30-45 seconds of rest
  • Rest until the clock hits ZEROS
  • Repeat the 7 exercises as many times as you want (up to 5 times)
  • Take extra rest or skip an exercise if needed.
  • At the end of your 7 exercises rest for 2-3 minutes, before beginning the next round.
  • Have Fun! Enjoy! Good job!
