Everything I do at 40 Plus Personal Training is based on variety.
I assume that everyone I work with at 40 Plus Personal Training is going to be training with me for life.
Because of this I have been very lucky to train with many people, for many many years!
I’ve trained with some for as long as 12 years (as of 2024) and yes that is before 40 Plus Personal Training technically existed! I’ve also been training with many people for 5, 7, 8, and even 10 years!
No matter how much people enjoy working out, I doubt anyone is going to want to do the same workout for the rest of their lives.
So I have made it my mission at 40 Plus Personal Training to create as much SAFE variety as humanly possible.
During the weight training sessions at 40 Plus Personal Training we will not repeat a single exercise more than once a month, and I currently have created a 4 month program where you will not repeat a single weight training workout!
My goal is to build a program at 40 Plus Personal Training where you won’t repeat a single workout for an entire year!!!
40 Plus Personal Training also currently offers 6 weeks worth of different mobility training sessions and a HiiT Conditioning program, that I promise you have never seen anywhere else!
