Stretching is an extremely important part if any exercise routine, especially age we age.
Here’s a simple stretching routine I’ve developed at 40 Plus Personal Training, that we do after most sessions. It has been designed to work for most people.
Give it a try, and my simple rule of stretching is, it should feel good, not hurt. So if it hurts, decrease the range of motion, or move onto the next stretch.
