For those of you who haven’t joined up yet, welcome! Please use this page learn more about the new metabolic conditioning classes at 40 Plus Personal Training.

- 8 exercises
- 15-30 seconds of work
- 30-45 seconds of rest
- Rest until the clock hits ZEROS
- Repeat the 8 exercises as many times as you want (up to 5 times)
- Take extra rest or skip an exercise if needed.
- At the end of your 8 exercises rest for 2-3 minutes, before beginning the next round.
