Push Circuit 2-3 rounds
Floor Press 10-20 reps
Narrow Grip Press 10-20 reps
Hollow Holds 30 seconds
Pull Circuit 2-3 rounds
Pull overs 10-20 reps
Alternating Pause Curls 10 reps per arm
Leg Circuit 2-3 rounds
Squat and Press 10-20 reps
Wall Sits 30 seconds
Daily Stretching
