40 Plus Personal Training opened in 2013 with one goal, to help people over 40 have the healthiest lives possible.
I’ve been a personal trainer since 2004 and since 2013 I have put all of my efforts into building the safest and most effective work out routines I possibly can.

3. Why did you choose over 40?
When I decided to start my own Personal Training studio, I did a bunch of research and realized that I liked working with this group of people best, and also realized that unfortunately this age group was massively under utilized. So I decided to step in.
