Create Your Own Mini Bootcamp In 5 Minutes

Variety is an awesome thing when it comes to create workouts, it’s what keeps it fun and exciting, but sometimes you just want something quick and simple.

Today I’m going to teach you how to create your own quick and simple mini bootcamp.

If you’re in your teens, twenties, or maybe even thirties, you can probably combine any exercises at a fast pace, and accomplish an effective bootcamp style workout.

But if you’re a little older like, 40, 50, 60, 70 and beyond, you’re probably a little more prone to injuries and need to be a little more selective.

Since my clients are of the other adult variety, I’m going to focus on:

For a mini bootcamp, I’m talking 5 minutes and as simple as possible.

2-3 exercises

2 pieces of equipment max

easy to get set up

easy to get started

Once you have met these parameters it’s time to pick the exercises!

Simply choose a high intensity exercise that is fairly safe for your ability level and age.

Some examples are medicine ball slams, medicine ball throws, heavy bag work, assisted jumps, ladder work, rope work etc.

Do for 20 seconds, then choose an ab exercise for 10 reps.

Some examples of ab exercises are: ab wheel, planks, bicycles, crunches etc.
