
TRX suspension training, if done correctly, can be one of the best forms of exercise for seniors.
TRX training is the perfect addition to any seniors at home workout routine, because it can be set up pretty much anywhere, stored easily, and provides endless forms of variety including easy ways to create: assistance, progressions, and simply modifications.
The great thing about TRX training, is that it can be used in countless ways. Seniors can benefit from training with a TRX by doing variations of: pull ups, squats, push ups, lunges, flyes, curls, triceps, jumping, and even stretching exercises.
